In their article Duncan and colleagues describe scientifically the efficiency of the use of phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate, which produce adipose lysis to treat small areas of superficial localized adiposities. Previous publications showed the efficiency of this method for correction of localized fat deposits. The authors present a very interesting article with excellent illustrations that is an outstanding contribution to body contour remodeling operations. Such procedures are well indicated to reduce areas of localized adiposities and also to correct remaining local adiposities or irregularities after liposuction. (Source: Clinics in Plastic Surgery)
