i`m 26 y and I like to make liposuction to remove my fat around my chest, stomach because I lost my weight 16 k.g. and the fat still.
Please tell me if I do the liposuction first or return to sport.

I would like to do the liposuction and i am 23 years old. My weight is 84kgs. I want to get the exact shape. I’m 22, and I work out a few days a week and lift weights, but my upper arm has a bit of fat covering up the muscles. I just can’t get rid of it no matter how hard I try! Conclusions  Under wet liposuction, a volume of aspiration not superior to 5% of body weight is proposed as a safe limit. It has been found
