I know there is no exercise, that will cause you to lose weight from your hips, just exercises that will cause you to gain muscles around your hips, or at least that is what I’ve been told.
My hips are unusually large and are incredibly embarrassing.
I tried jogging for a few months, but that didn’t get me far. I heard that exercising really doesn’t burn fat. It alla revolves around your diet. And I am addicted to sodas!
